aloha..long time not writing post for my blog..so thiz is the update news about me..hehehe..ternyata g br tau..fitness itu asik jg yahh..bole lah bwat ngebentuk body g..biar tambah sexy..hehehe..tp lumayan si..hrs kerja keras jg..ga bole mlz2 an..percuma d jdnya..br aja jd member n skrg br 5x fitnessnya..yaa moga2 aja g ga anget2an..br sebulan 2 bulan ud mlz..jgn sampe d..soalnya kontrak g setaon boo..rugi aj g kalo g fitness 2 bulanan..1 day = 400 kalori..is it enough?..skrg si br segitu tuh yg g hasilkan dr fitness g sehari..biz ud ga kuat lg..fiuh itu aja ud keringetan byk..n itu ud smuanya termasuk treadmill, naek speda itu, ikul kls body combat, rpm..oy yg jelas ga mo ikut kelas RPM lg..it hurts my ass man sampe susa tidur g mlmnya..mungkin br pertama kali kali ye..btw si,bsk2 si hrs nambah neh targetnya..setidaknya 1 day > 500 kalori..biz fitness trus steam n sauna d biar kulit g tambah mulus hehehehe…adoo asik bgt..jd demen d fitness skrg..hehehe..hopefully, I can reach my target sooo..in my conclusion..cieeeh kayk bikin report aje..it turns to my new thought..FITNESS -> SIAPA TAKUT! ^_^ ciao..

yuhuuu…HI ALL!!!(welcome greetings from me)…finally, write the first post for aGneZz’Z Blog (actually it’s mine!)hehehe…well,AFTER wasting my time last wek with lotz of assignment esp software project that make me busy by writing millions of "beautiful words" that full of meaning (baca: full of bullshit) and produce hundreds of pages..-> however,i can’t deny it coz that’s my job as lead documentation (how do u think, is it good or bad?confused..)in my 8 month final project and last weks is only the PRELIMINARY one..another 850 pages to go..poor me hiks hiks :(..BUT at last..those stressfull assignment can be done fiuh…Well done to me!hihihi…another 850 pages…just 4get it now …wait ’til 1 or 2 weeks before d due date(as usual)huehuehuehue..so I can start filling my blog with millions of posting…hopefully ;D..anyone…pliz get used to look at my blog..enjoy the content and feel free to give comment, message, email or just add me as friend sounds okey for me..hehehe..last but not least..friends,wait for my new posting..keep update and contact with me ,ok?! c u later…^_^ and Nice 2 meet u ALL!!!(ending greeting from me)…ciaaoo..
