FITNESS??! here I come..
aloha..long time not writing post for my blog..so thiz is the update news about me..hehehe..ternyata g br tau..fitness itu asik jg yahh..bole lah bwat ngebentuk body g..biar tambah sexy..hehehe..tp lumayan si..hrs kerja keras jg..ga bole mlz2 an..percuma d jdnya..br aja jd member n skrg br 5x fitnessnya..yaa moga2 aja g ga anget2an..br sebulan 2 bulan ud mlz..jgn sampe d..soalnya kontrak g setaon boo..rugi aj g kalo g fitness 2 bulanan..1 day = 400 kalori..is it enough?..skrg si br segitu tuh yg g hasilkan dr fitness g sehari..biz ud ga kuat lg..fiuh itu aja ud keringetan byk..n itu ud smuanya termasuk treadmill, naek speda itu, ikul kls body combat, rpm..oy yg jelas ga mo ikut kelas RPM lg..it hurts my ass man
sampe susa tidur g mlmnya..mungkin br pertama kali kali ye..btw si,bsk2 si hrs nambah neh targetnya..setidaknya 1 day > 500 kalori..biz fitness trus steam n sauna d biar kulit g tambah mulus hehehehe…adoo asik bgt..jd demen d fitness skrg..hehehe..hopefully, I can reach my target
sooo..in my conclusion..cieeeh kayk bikin report aje..it turns to my new thought..FITNESS -> SIAPA TAKUT! ^_^ ciao..
